INSTALLATION GUIDE
Follow these quick and easy installation steps to ensure your pump is correctly set-up.
Getting started
Before starting the installation, make sure you have the necessary tools ready. Having everything on hand will help the process go smoothly and ensure your BlueDiamond pump is installed safely. Below is a standard list of tools you’ll need to complete the installation, followed by step-by-step instructional videos to guide you through the process.
Equipment you will need:
• Phillips screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver (for some electrical connections or cover plates)
• Tube cutter or utility/bladed knife
• Multi-meter (for checking voltage and continuity)
• Drill + Drill bits (appropriate sizes for mounting holes)
• Spirit level (to ensure proper pump alignment)
• Squeeze bottle (for testing the pump)
• Wire cutters and wire strippers
• Electrical tape or wire connectors (for securing electrical connections)
• Zip ties or cable clips (for organizing wiring and tubing neatly)
• Bucket or container (to catch any residual water during removal or testing)
• Safety gloves and safety glasses (recommended for protection while drilling or cutting)
PUMP INSTALLATION
2A. WIRING PUMP (UK & EU Region)
Note: Follow the wiring instructions in the installation manual when connecting the pump to the AC unit. Ensure power is OFF and all connections are secure. Correct wiring enables the safety switch to prevent overflow or system damage. Please ensure your wiring complies with local regulation.
2B. WIRING PUMP (USA Region)

3. CONDENSENSE™ RESERVOIR GUIDE
Note: Ensure the reservoir assembly is secured in a HORIZONTAL position. When the reservoir sensor is unplugged, there is a 10-second delay before the pump continuously operates at full speed.
4. system test
Note: The pump is calibrated to 100% flow at installation. After verifying installation, turn it off at the mains to reset its control system. If not reset, it may need several cycles to auto-adjust to the correct operating conditions.
ADDITIONAL INSTALLATIONS
INSTALLING NRV & FILTER (USA ONLY)
Note: NRV requirement is for USA pump installations only and is supplied in the box. NRV will NOT be supplied with UK/EU models. *Filter NOT included.
5. REGISTER WARRANTY
Registration makes it easy to view your pump’s warranty history and keeps an accurate record of your pump’s model, serial number, and installation date. This form applies to X88 pumps only (MiniBlue V2, MaxiBlue V2, MegaBlue V2, and ArctikBlue V2 models
