It’s low maintenance — simply clean the sensor occasionally, and it’s easy to do while servicing your A/C.

Gurgling indicates the pump is pulling air through the system — clean the sensor periodically to help prevent this.

All pumps in the range are designed to run dry and self prime without burnout.

Depending on the kW or BTU rating of your air conditioning unit, selected pumps are compatible with systems ranging from 0–50 kW (0–170,000 BTU). Use our pump finder to choose the right model for your setup.

Our pumps must be supplied with their voltage and frequency requirement.

Follow wiring diagrams in your quick start guide or installation manual.  Alternatively you can view them here:

Based on application, view the sensor and detector solutions to find the sensor best fit for your application.

Use a pump that has a KW/BTU rating that matches that of the AC unit. Make sure the maximum head and lift is not exceeded; you may need a higher rated pump if these limits are exceeded. See pump options here.

We have stepped adapters which allows the pump to be adapted to standard tubing sizes.

When necessary, place the NRV on the outlet side of the pump, leaving a minimum distance of 8” between pump outlet and the NRV. When opting to use the NRV additional filtration to avoid debris and contamination entering the NRV should be considered, duty cycle, usage, and environmental conditions will determine the filtration required. Our guidance is to mount the filter in-line between pump outlet and inlet to the NRV. Installation guide.

  • Lift (Vacuum): The maximum vertical distance a pump can draw liquid upward from a source (typically below the pump).
  • Head (Pressure): The maximum vertical height a pump can push liquid upward, measured from the pump’s outlet.

FSA– Fail safe alarm, a volt free relay designed to switch the AC unit off, but leaves the pump running continuously when the condensate reaches a critical point in the reservoir.

HLA– High Level Audio is an integral audio and visual alarm. When the condensate is at a critical point with-in the reservoir, the diagnostic light in the pump will switch from green and will start to flash red with a 2 beep warning every minute. The pump will continue to operate while in alarm mode

  • Warranty acceptability is only determined by the company.

No, unless the serial number on your pump exceeds 3 years. Your wholesaler (who you purchased the pump from) will request this information.

Engineers (End-users): Warranties need to be claimed through your local wholesaler (the place you purchased your pump from). Please provide them with your proof of purchase and serial number. Your wholesaler will determine whether the pump is under warranty based on its serial number and decided to issue you out a new pump.

Wholesaler: Please return the pumps back to the original office your purchased the pump/s from (see office addresses here).
To request a returns form please email: info@bluediamondpump.com

Product codes can be found in two places.
