Alarm differences
FSA– Fail safe alarm, a volt free relay designed to switch the AC unit off, but leaves the pump running continuously when the condensate reaches a critical point in the reservoir.
HLA– High Level Audio is an integral audio and visual alarm. When the condensate is at a critical point with-in the reservoir, the diagnostic light in the pump will switch from green and will start to flash red with a 2 beep warning every minute. The pump will continue to operate while in alarm mode.

No more stuck float switches and regular reservoir maintenance. Our brand new capacitive sensing is a technology detects changes in capacitance to sense the presence within the reservoir. It works by measuring the electrical charge between a sensor and condensate produced by the air conditioning unit. This new sensing technology offers higher sensitivity, durability and reliability in comparison to regular float switches and thermistors.

NEW UNIVERSAL RESERVOIR CLIP
The reservoir clip is a durable plastic component featuring a strong adhesive backing, designed to simplify the installation of condensate removal systems. Engineered to be universally compatible with most ducting kits, it securely fits into the elbow of many ducting kit brands, making it ideal for retrofitting into pre-existing setups. Its quick-stick application significantly reduces installation time, while its robust hold ensures the reservoir remains secure and level. This innovative clip provides a practical, time-saving solution for engineers looking to streamline maintenance or upgrade to BlueDiamond’s CondenSense technology.
